Cyan looked toward the men coming over, for a moment unsure of what was going on. However it war obvious after a moment this was a warm parting. She didn’t let Zigbrieth’s mood get her down, breaking into a smile. Kh’sol sure had a lovely big family. It made her smile.
“Of course.” She helped Telriol get settled, making sure that he was securely on Zigbrieth. The Blue would be as good as he could be in flight, but no chances. The parting was about as brief as it was allowed to be, but soon enough Kh’sol was back on and they were all ready to go.
“Alright, hang on guys.” She nudged Zigbrieth and the Blue unfurled his wings and gave a test flap. That got most of the humans a chance to take however many steps back they felt they needed. Just a moment later they were up in the air, and Cyan was making sure the boys were settled. Still, all was well, and the Blue was moving slowly to the appropriate altitude. “Next stop, Rainbow Mists Aerie. Ready?” She looked back, making sure everyone was ready. After assuring herself they were she said, “Then here we go!”
After one skip into darkness they reappeared over the Aerie, a welcome sight. Thought there were dragons hanging about, for the most part it was all feathery Lifewings. Zigbrieth casually floated on down, giving a good view of the place before landing in front of the Aerie.
“Here we are. Give me a second and I’ll arrange things.” She slid off and trotted to a nearby healer, where she explained her conundrum. Lucky for her, she was easily recognized and it was easy enough to have credibility. Soon enough, the healers arrived.
