The Red Star was a threat, yes. But it was nothing compared to what would happen once it had been moved. Thrown out of orbit thanks to Pern's ancient foe being sent into the dark depths of space, an asteroid was brought into orbit, and eventually smashed into Pern with such deadly force that twenty five percent of the population died instantly, and the world was forever changed, the planet itself tilted off axis. Chaos ensued, the North turning into a frozen wasteland, the South into a sweltering desert, the remaining humans dying or fighting desperately for survival. They split into tribes, eking out what existence they could from the land, some even traveling between the continents for safety, but new threats emerge each day both from the outside, and from within.

-A massive disaster plot that, hopefully, is unlike anything you've seen before.
-A brand new style of play that is a breeding ground for intrigue.
-Opportunities for expeditions, battles, tribe on tribe drama, etc.
-A wide range of future plots for all tribes, and unaffiliated.
-Seasonal, small clutches, so a small, but steady stream of weyr and wherlings.
-Very simple training methods for weyr/wherlings.
-Equal emphasis on the importance of all, not just one or two.
-New ranks for both dragons and whers, as well as a few mutations.
-No sexuality based Impressions.
-A brand new site open to expanding horizons!
