Bumping this. So far, on August 17th, the drill-Sargent type is ahead, with close seconds in the "Encouraging, apt to crititue mixed with praise (m)" and "Gentle and kind; inapt at rule-enforcing (m)" categories.

This will be running until the end of the month, so jump on in!

Just to clarify (in my sleep deprived brain), is that the "encouraging male" type (second listed in the post above) or the drill-Sargent female (second option in the poll)?

I think s/he should freak out about whispers, like hidden insecurity about their position. Maybe new to the position or young so they try and over compensate?
