Appearance: Miros is more than average height for his age at 5"4, a skinny child not yet grown into his body. His angular face most strongly resembles his Dragonrider father, but his sandy blonde hair and green eyes come from his mother. His skin, like his mother's, is pale, though should he impress a Dragonet and find more duties outside the Weyr he would soon resemble his father's darker tan. He wears the simple clothing of a young Weyr born; a brown tunic and hose.
Personality: Miros has done little to socialize and make friends in his short life. He is shy and awkward, preferring not to try and initiate a friendship for fear of rejection. His chores and studies have kept him far too busy anyway, trying to match up to his Dragonrider father. Though his father has never stated or felt as such, Miros often feels he is a disappointment for not having Impressed a Dragonet so far. Miros enjoys stories and songs of past glorious battles and would sit and listen to the Harpers for hours if he was not needed around the Weyr. Miros believes, though he would deny it if asked, that the only way he could make a friend would be to Impress a Dragonet.
History: The son of a Dragonrider and a Seamstress, Miros has lived at RMW his entire life. He spent most of his childhood either studying or elbow deep in chores and thus did not make any lasting friends. His outlook however is quite optimistic. His father often assured him that Dragons ignored things such as ancestry and rank and that they chose their Rider for what was in his heart. His "searching" was merely a formality at the time due to his lineage, but he was left standing at his first Hatching. His hopes of Impressing have never waned, even in the face of further disappointing Hatchings. He knows he will be a Dragonrider, despite the bitter taste being left standing leaves him with.
