I would like to point out before I start that I am really not very good at these kinds of things and generally don't do them. But, I decided that I might as well. ^^'; Help ya'll get to know me a little better, I suppose.

I don't really know when I started roleplaying. I can't remember now. But I do believe that my first experience at all of doing such was a Wolf Rp when I was... Considerably younger than I am now. Back when I did not even really know what rping was. I believe that was seven or eight years ago in either 2003 or 2004. My first posts were written as if I was writing a story or, even at times, a poem, as that was how I wrote for much of my life up until that point, starting when I was about 10 years old. Although, at the time, I just thought of it as writing stories and didn't even realizing I was rping.

I joined Rainbow Mists Weyr shortly after my Cuzzin, Dance, moved to the same state I now live in and she introduced me to it. I had read Anne McCaffrey before, but I had never done DRoP. I was in seventh or eighth grade at this time. Considering that I am now almost through my first year of college, that is some time ago.

However, I didn't really just jump in at the time. I kind of lurked for awhile, learning more about how things worked. At that point in time, I had really only done Warriors, Wolf, and some varied freeform fantasy rp. I also took the time to read more of the books, get to know Pern, adn participate in some unassociated DRoP, including some very Canon Weyrs.

My first ever DRoP char was Shiana, rider of Ebonaeth who has varied in color. My second character was Zara who has ridden several different dragons in her time. And then, my third was Zareal, rider of DarkBlue Ruanith who was created specifically for RMW as a Candidate and is, to this day, one of my favorite characters. From there, I started to create more characters, creating and developing characters being one of my favorite activities.

I am a poet, an artist, and a student learning to be a Graphic Designer. I do artwork on any spare time I can find, some of it gift artwork for my friends and people here as well as for RMW as a whole to be used only on the site or for RMW's purposes. I work part time after school, so I am generally pretty busy, but I usually manage to be around and post.

I would define a Simile and explain why I like this name, but I will not belabor it. Besides, I don't want to go on about me. Just trying to share some of the facts.

And, without further ado, as when darkness falls, the Simile has found her end.
