I just wanted to practice getting used to this smear function with my hex codes because it looks super neat and IDK how it works but that's what practice is for!

Especially because Cerrodalth has the most hex codes I've ever used and dang it'd look super good I imagine

For ALL /smear tags they must have an ending color since the smear is between two. Since the code isn't finding a valid /smear it takes the next starting smear code and includes it in the ongoing smear and smears to the next valid /smear. It should fix if you change

to
/smear:000000 (or other color)
