Appearance:Average height at 5'4 she is blossoming into a very curvaceous woman as she matures, with large perky breasts, a rounded rear, wide hips and broad shoulders, shapely limbs, she is the classic hour glass shape, although at the moment this figure is still maturing as she ends her teens. She has a soft mouth and snub nose, slight cleft in her chin, her skin has an olive/warm tone to it, eyes a soft doe brown. Down to her elbows her hair is a glossy brunette with red and gold highlights depending on how the sun hits it and has a gentle wave to it.
She loves red as it is her favourite colour and she always manages to have something red on her, she also likes blues as well and tends toward practical, comfortable, slightly baggy clothes, as she hides her figure somewhat. Tending to dress more like a tomboy then girly and she is fit, strong and capable.
Deaf in her left ear, she always has a slight canine cock to her head and a slight frowning concentration expression on her face as she tries to listen and she suffers from strange migraine headaches.
Personality: She's a strange mixture of practical, good sense, innocence and sheltered naivety. She has a good memory, only has to be told or shown something once and she remembers forever, but she isn't smart or intelligent really, she is just good at turning her hand to practical tasks and is happy to get stuck in. Her upbringing on her father's ship and a lifetime spent travelling has given her the above, plus an enduring love and respect for the sea. She has very romantic feelings and thoughts, often having crushes on attractive boys but is often too used to being one of the boys to do much about it so she moons from afar, with the boys not really noticing...
A little shy and hesitant at first, she will stand back and observe a gathering of people, watching people and weighing them up before she approaches in a friendly enough way. But she can be clumsy, a little socially awkward and tactless...not deliberately..she doesn't have much of a filter between her brain and her mouth -
She also has a strange paradoxical side where she is more comfortable talking to and befriending boys or men, then girls or women, despite not knowing how to go from friend to boyfriend on the boys she likes. IT isn't that she doesn't like girls, she would quite like to have a female friend, and dreams of it often, but doesn't know how relate to other girls her age. She instinctively respects and admires older women, and gets along okay with her father's new wife, but she really doesn't understand the woman, or she her, or other girls her age. It isn't that she wouldn't like to understand them..it's just she has had no one teach her how to relate to girls, how to make girlfriends or flirt and attract boys.
History: She was born a ship's brat and knows no other life, from the day she was born to the day she was just picked up on dragon back on Search..she has lived on her father's merchant ship the Sunset Dragon.
Her father successful in his business as a merchant ship trader married late to a much younger girl, the daughter of his business partner. However the birth of his daughter was hard on his young wife and after a day long labout, the baby was born with the cord around her neck, pale and limp. This is how she came to be deaf in one ear and from a young age has suffered from migraines. Sadly her mother never really recovered, passing away when she was 3.
Befriending the ships cat Scruffy and travelling Pern seas all her life with adventure helped keep any slight loneliness or boredom at bay, as did the crew of secondary fathers and brothers she gained in her father's seacrafters. But secretly she has always felt the lack of female energy in her life, and quietly pines for a sister or close girlfriend.
Growing up on a ship meant she learned a wide variety of skills, how to sew and mend anything from a shirt to rigging rope, most manual ship tasks, how to stand balanced on a ship, personal self defence with a knife and her hands if necessary, how to read the weather and seas, how to read navigational charts and accounting of the ships supplies, cargo and bills. Even some of the cooking, cleaning and basic first aid and nursing skills.
But her life as a ship's daughter and possible ship captain's future wife has been stopped, while they were in port at Cliffside Seahold a passing Brown and Blue dragon on Search for RMW, Searched her, telling her she had dragonrider potential.
Pleasantly surprised by the offer but excited at the idea she might meet her dragon sister and best friend, she kissed Scruffy goodbye (he wasn't too impressed with the dragon and refused to leave on board such an animal) is going along to see what happens and hopes her 17th birthday will change her life for the better.
She was present for the Hatching of Gold Archith and Tiger Mosalith but didn't find her bonded Sister. She was disappointed but resolute, practical to the end, thinking that there will be other opportunities where she will meet the sister of her heart.
