Appearance: Moralge is a tall man with a strong bearing. He is an impressive 6’3” with broad shoulders and steely blue-gray eyes. He sports a bushy beard, which has started to show some silver in it. Both his hair and beard were the same light brown color, but are showing more and more silver. Even with the beard and slightly bushy hair, he keeps them impeccably styled, so it maintains the image of perfect control. His clothes are always fit for a Lord Holder, fine, but not ostentatious. He dislikes garish colors, and leaves bright colors for his wife.
Personality: Moralge Felgera is a proud man, and very disciplined. He has few vices, and demanded control in himself at all times, and this extends to his surroundings. His house is strictly under his control, barring those things that rest in his wife’s hands, generally things he feel that are either beneath him or in the lady’s world. He is slow to give affection, and next to his wife seems more like a statue then a person. As slow as he is to give affection, his praise is only slightly more easily given. However he is wickedly intelligent and while he is intimidating, relies more on wits then his imposing nature to get things done. Under his hand Ista Hold has worked well despite hard odds. Not fully flourished, but against heavy problems, Moralge was equal to the task of seeing them through. As such, even though he is not the sort of man people want to hang out with, he is still viewed positively in his hold.
History: As his father’s heir, Moralge was always trained to be a lord holder. He was taught to be disciplined, and he took it with him for his whole life. He had very few weaknesses, but one of them was a childhood crush, Cilia. A flame he was never to be married to, he never the less had a few indiscretions with. However, he was set up with Orisaif, a proper lady for his station. He never brought the issue up with his father, and he and Cilia parted ways, with her raising his children alone. To Orisaif he was proper, but never had quite the same passion as with his old sweetheart. It was almost worse that she was a perfect lady. Even when a rumor would reach her ears that her husband was not perfect, or that he might have done her false, she kept her head high and frostily declared that such conversation was improper. She was a perfect mother, though like her husband a bit distant. He had never an ill word for her, since she never had one for him. Still, he gained on luxury that he allowed himself, which is a hunting canine. Well trained to a fault, his current friend is Roulf, a perfectly well trained beast that is beholden to only the Lord Holder himself. Everyone else merely exists.
Moralge loves all his children, though he rarely shows such things in public. He has a special place in his heart for his daughter Rosail, an occasionally dotes on her. He also may love all of his sons, but prefers to forget about his oddball second son when it suits him. Far easier then dealing with the reality of his impression and personal quirks.
