Name: Venoreley Seda (Ven)
Pronunciation: VEN-or-e-LIE See-da
Gender:Female
Age: 18
Turnday: Turn 3057 04 13
Weyr: Rainbow Mists Weyr
Rank:Candidate and Journey-woman Harper
Family:Father- Ventrill Seda, (44)
Mother- Loreley Seda (42)
Siblings- brothers Venore (24) Riorel (22) Lentril (20), sisters Lorell (17) Relley (15)
Friends:
Pets:None at the moment, but did have a couple of felines growing up.
Appearance:
Vanoreley is a slender, lithe girl, she's not very tall, but she's the perfect height according to her mother. Which, when her father is on the upper end of 6 feet, and her mother is 5'6, Ven comes in at a modest 5'2, which suits her just fine. As a child growing up she was always legs and arms, an ungainly youth by any imagination. As she grew though, her body began to equal out and no longer was she a clumsy somewhat unsightly child. Being fond of dancing meant she stayed slim and what muscles she does have are all lightly toned. She has soft curves, with just enough of a chest to not be called flat-chested. Spending the majority of her free time and then some, outside, means her skin tone is nicely tanned. However, she does have a problem with burning too easily if the tan lightens. She has one scar of note, a long straight one almost the length of her right arm. She seldom says where she got it, but the few who do know, know it came from her less than sane brother Lentril.
Hair and eyes may share the same color, brown, but her hair is a darker shade (hickory) while her eyes are three some shades lighter (cinnamon), making them almost tawny in appearance. In fact, when wearing just the right colors and in just the right light, her eyes could appear to be almost bronze. She likes to wear her hair long and free, letting the curls fall to just two inches past her shoulder blades. Unfortunately, living in Golden Flight means work out in the fields is expected at some point and having long hair is more a hindrance than a help. In those moments, she'll either braid it or put it up in a tail. On any given day or moment in time, she usually has a light playful expression present, though her eyes may give away less than playful thoughts.
Her attire and wardrobe mostly contain clothes that flow prettily or twirls nicely, so skirts, mock skirts (trousers with looser legs to give the appearance of a skirt) and dresses are a common sight. While not one to show off much, she does enjoy her moments and some of her clothes reflect that in style and decoration. Color-wise she likes color, though tends to stay away from very bright shades.

Personality:
Ven is something of a contradiction, she's fun loving but studious and some would say serious. She loves to dance and play the flutes, and she doesn't mind getting dirty every once in a while, which is good, as she lives in a hold known for it's agriculture. Of course, there's a double meaning to getting dirty; the Seda family is well known from the troubles caused by Lentril, who is a particularly violent individual, Venoreley herself has a touch of violence in her and her eldest two brothers have fiery tempers. For Ven, it is a simmering violence that she does her best to keep under control, but that control slips when she feels overly threatened.
On a positive note or two, Ven is a generally care-free lady, not one to let the troubles of the world weigh her down. Following that trend, she adores felines, absolutely loves them. As a child growing up, she nearly acquired ten -or more- of the fur-balls. Sadly she refused to have anymore around when a beloved kitten was cruelly taken from her. Some other positive traits are that once she's made up her mind about something, she rarely changes it. In an argument or when someone tries to persuade her, she might give the impression of giving in and allowing the other person to have their way, seldom does she ever actually give in as easily as she appears to.
Neutral traits that could lean either way on the moral compass is that while reluctant to take up the position, Venoreley can and will be a leader when no clear one has been established. Doing so simply gets rid of the arguing that is often pointless, stuff that she detests going on around her. Along with that, she lies surprisingly easy to get to where she wants to be or to get the environment where she would like it to be. That includes a fondness for sowing a touch of chaos here and there.
History: Born in Golden Flight Hold, grew up with three older brothers, then later two younger sisters, witnessed the cruelty of Lentril when one of her beloved felines crossed his path, later was on receiving end of one of his episodes, went into the Harper Hall to learn to use her voice and to harness her love of the flute/pipes (woodwinds)
Adoption?:
Dragon Preferences: No preference, I do know that Venoreley was not made with any color in mind. She is almost based off what I envision of a song by Blackmore's Night called Loreley
