Afternoon
“A pair of men’s gloves and then a pair for a lady.” F’mil was putting on his best smile for Price, something that the dragon rider rarely tried to do anymore. Mostly because he smiled more often now if he actually wanted to, not because he wanted something, or had to. He still had the offending letter in his hands, the one that had caused these events to be set into motion. “If it is possible I would very much like them both to incorporate this seal.” The letter moved to the forefront, but only to display the wax seal that the man had to break to read the thing. “However you would like to do so is fine with me. No doubt you know best.”
“When do you need this done?” There was a pause as F’mil did some mental math. Accounting for the regular post, not firelizard travel. Oh wait, maybe he better send Aweirgan with it anyway, he didn’t know how the war was going to affect things. He adjusted his answer.
“Two months.” Still plenty of wiggle room. F’mil was rather not himself today, because of all of this. Delgeth wasn’t particularly happy about it. Usually his rider was a beacon of enthusiastic joy. Today, well at least the rider still radiated his love of his dragon.
“I can have it done by then.”
“Thank you. I’ll leave you to the rest of your day.” F’mil gave a nod of his head to the leather worker, then neatly turned around and headed out. Once he had properly exited, his head went down as he considered all of this. He quite forgot to look where he was going. As such, he didn’t notice when he ran into someone on accident.
