Plot Characters Wanted

Hey all! So us staffers, Shoki and I, are looking for some plot specific characters for Telgar Weyr in the aftermath of Heart Attack leading into the witch-hunt for the guilty at Telgar. If you're up for the challenge, looking for another way to be active, and want to work with us on this please drop us a message.

Here are the general characters we're looking for:

1. A Queen Rider set to inherit the main position of power at Telgar Weyr

        *Indebted to the Syndicate and under their influence

        *Has a personality and debts that make her a pawn to larger powers outside her control

2. Riders seeking to make it into the good graces of the new leader, particularly by strongly backing and leading the outing of anyone suspicious of guilt in the attack on Rainbow Mists

what is the Syndicate? I couldn't find anything on it.

They're a powerful criminal organization, not exactly a household name

If this is still needed, I can definitely create or transfer a character to another Weyr. I have J'lall in Ice Stone and Saphiera in RMW.
