Name: Adelia Lacore
Pronunciation: Ah-deel-ya Luh-coor
Gender: Female
Age: 17 Turns
Turnday: 4th day of the 13th month of the 47th year of the 11th Pass
Weyr: Rainbow Mists Weyr(Formerly of Waterfall Valley)
Rank: DreamWeyrling
Family:
Great-Grandmother: Terayne of Silver Aurorath, Retired Weyrwoman of WFVW
Grandfather: K'yne of Brown Lorifelth, Wingsecond at WFVW
Mother: Greenrider Nedella of WFVW
Biological Father: Unknown Rapist
StepFather: Brownrider L'iamin of WFVW
Friends: NPCs
Pets:
-Sunlance Fire Lizard Beam(2 Turns)- A pale yellowish shade, with a few golden touches, she's a sweetheart, loving to remain with her Mine and watch her do what she does best, Healing. She sometimes allows younger patients to hug and cuddle her so as to alleviate their nervousness when her Mine is working on them.
-Blue Fire Lizard Wave(8 Turns)- Named after the noble Blue her Great Grandmother lost in the Weyr War, he's as noble and hardworking as his namesake was. A rich, sapphire blue with traces of a MUCH darker shade in his wings, and a large shifting in hue of the same shade over his eyes, he's large for a Blue, as big as a medium Brown would be. He helps his Mine with her Healing, bringing her things and going back and forth. He's flirtatious with certain hues of females, but Queens immediately turn him into a shy, almost cowering creature.
Appearance:
She possesses the same distinctive copper hair that her Great-Grandmother had, with shimmering golden streaks that give it a fiery look in the right light. Pale, sky blue eyes stare out at the world, flecked with a rich green that gives them a turquoise appearance under certain circumstances, and are intelligent and sharp, holding compassion and love, especially for younger children and injured animals. Standing at 5'7" tall, she's a bit taller than average, slender and well toned from many a year spent working hard and running messages, and she can usually be found in the greens of a Healer, with pale tan pants and dark brown boots. She has a silver chain with a jade dragon pendant her mother gave her when she was five years old, and that she's never seen without. If she loses it, she and her Fire-Lizards search frantically until they locate it, which can be very disruptive.
Personality:
Gentle and kind-hearted, she adores her family, and, despite being spoiled rotten she has retained a sense of humbleness and an understanding of her place in the world, due mainly to her Great Grandmother's influence. She loves children, and has a soft spot for injured animals, which led to her bringing a lot of them home when she was younger, much to her family's amusement. Raised in the Weyr, she has a deep understanding of dragons, and, though not an HAD, she seems sometimes to know exactly what they need just by looking at them and reading their body language.
History:
The only Great-Grandchild of Silver-Rider Terayne, formerly of Rainbow Mists Weyr, and only Grandchild of her Brownrider son, K'yne, ALSO formerly of Rainbow Mists, she grew up under their influence, hearing the stories they told about the beautiful Weyr. Though her parents had never been there(both having been born after Terayne and K'yne returned to Waterfall Valley), they didn't discourage these stories at all. Her true father was never disclosed to her by her family, leading her to believe that her mother's Weyrmate is her biological father. At the age of 7, when her Grandfather's Gold Firelizard clutched, she was gifted one of the eggs for her Turnday, which Hatched into her Blue. A comment from Terayne had her giving him the name Wave, and she trained him to help her later as she began her Healer Training. While doing so she encountered the LifeWings, and though she adored the birds, she never lost her deep-rooted love for dragons, formed from early childhood by the constant presence of her familys'. She recieved her second Fire Lizard egg from her Grandfather, his Gold's final Clutch, on the day she turned 15, and it Hatched into her Sunlance, Beam. She never forgot the stories she'd been told, and early in her 17th year, she expressed a desire to go to Rainbow Mists Weyr. She wasn't allowed to at the time, for the Weyrhealer at Waterfall Valley, her Master, wanted to be sure she was trained for anything, having heard stories of the DarkWings and Dark Mists, also from the Retired Weyrwoman. When her Master FINALLY said she was ready to go, her Great Grandmother volunteered to bring her to Rainbow Mists herself, wanting to see some old friends again. She arrived only hours after Archith's first Hatching had ended, and was introduced to the people at the Hatching Feast. After that, it seemed hit or miss with the Hatchings, as she also missed the Hatching of Aurora Ayleneth's Clutch on Rainbow Mists Sands,. Finally though, at the Hatching of Archith's second Clutch, her time came, and she was Impressed to the last dragonet on the Sands, Dream Female Scendath.

Impressions
"Then it was only the Dream that the whole crowd watched, and she reveled in it, taking in all the sounds the musical and noisy alike, the memories sweet and bitter, the feelings of importance and smallness. She was the last in an epic story, the first of many she would seek to live through in the uncountable days ahead. And all would see how her story truly and finally began. Her moment would be remembered, as it well should be. All these things were swirling in the swirled dragonet’s mind and she approached the scant remaining Candidates. She had known, but she knew timing mattered, and so she had waited. In a lyrical voice she chose: I am arrived: your Scendath, Adelia my heart."
