So we now have an "About Us" section of the top. Aside from wanting to make sure it sounds good grammatically, do you guys have other suggestions/corrections/improvements?

I like the "About Us" section, and the TOC.

As far as the Character Application Forms, there was one thing I noticed:

. "Preferences are not a guarantee but can help a Hatching Hosts." This is in the Candidate section under Dragon Color preference. The "Hatching Hosts" doesn't make sense. Maybe change it to "but can help the host of the Hatching."

That's all I can see right now. Everything else looks good.
I still find it a bit funny though that flightless birds are not allowed as LifeWings. Makes sense, definitely, but I just can't help but think that the poor Dodo will never get a chance in the spotlight. ^_^

You may list your character's and or your own dragon color preferences here. Preferences are not guaranteed but can help a the host of the Hatching decide. Dragon gender preferences are the most commonly fulfilled request.
